Grandma visits

My mom just came to visit us for a week. It was her first trip to Ireland so we thought we'd show her around a bit. After the general tour of where we live, a busy trip to the City Centre and a few towns nearby, we decided to trek across the country to Galway. We found a good deal on a family hotel with a pool, etc. The kids really enjoyed swimming for a couple of days. We took the very scenic route back home and stopped by a couple of castles and of course we couldn't pass up the Cliffs of Moher. It was a beautiful sunny day so we had a great view of the cliffs. It was a long day of traveling but well worth it. We are glad that mom came to visit and we hope she had a great time. The kids really loved having their grandma here!
